　　The State Council on Thursday pledged to improve supervision over the online finance market, including peer-to-peer (P2P) platforms, to reduce risks and support the healthy development of the sector.

　　國務院13日承諾將加強對包括P2P平臺在內(nèi)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融市場的監(jiān)督禹城派爾機械，以減少風險，支持行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。

　　?人民幣中間價(the central parity rate of the yuan)在10月份的第5個交易日(trading day)迎來禹城派爾機械了當月首次上調(diào)，結束"七連跌"。14日，中國外匯交易中心(the China Foreign Exchange Trade System)公布人民幣對美元中間價為6.7157，較上一交易日的6.7296上漲超100個基點(basis points)。

　　國慶七天長假過后，"節(jié)后綜合征"成為國內(nèi)社交媒體上的熱門話題。

　　?國慶假期過后，你是否犯懶不想上班(feel too lazy to work)？還沉浸在假期參觀的旅游景點的記憶里無法自拔(lost in the memories of the tourist sites you visited during the holiday)？工作時精力不集中(distractedness)？如果答案是肯定的，那你很可能是得了節(jié)后綜合征(after-holiday/post-holiday syndrome)。節(jié)后綜合征一般指人們在長假(long holidays)——特別是春節(jié)黃金周(golden week)和國慶黃金周之后出現(xiàn)的各種生理或心理表現(xiàn)。如在節(jié)后的前幾天里感覺厭倦，提不起精神(feel tired and spiritless)，工作效率低(less productive at work)，甚至有不明原因的惡心(nausea)、眩暈(dizziness)、腸道反應、神經(jīng)性厭食(anorexia nervosa)、焦慮、神經(jīng)衰弱(neurasthenia)等。

　　?節(jié)后綜合征簡單來說就是節(jié)奏轉變問題，用專業(yè)術語來講就是"動力定型(dynamic stereotype)"，即一個人比較穩(wěn)定地從事一項活動所形成的條件反射(conditioned response/reflex)。長假期間，人們原有的生活節(jié)奏被打亂：多數(shù)人會將工作和學習放在一邊(put work and study aside)，跟親友團聚(gather with family and friends)、旅行(travel)或參加聚會(attend parties)等，這些活動都相當消耗精力(consume much energy)；作息方面，有人徹夜(stay up all night)上網(wǎng)或打牌，有人奔波在旅途，生物鐘(biological/living clock)被破壞；飲食方面，不少人暴飲暴食(overeating/binge eating)，甚至煙酒無度(excessive drinking and smoking)，造成身體各器官超負荷運轉。假期結束后，又要回到原有的節(jié)奏當中，難免會不適應，即所謂的節(jié)后綜合征。
